Instructions to fill in the User Registration Form

All the fields marked with * are mandatory and required to be filled in
Name should be atleast 3 characters long and only alphabets and spaces are allowed
Login ID should be atleast 3 characters long and should contains alphabets, digits or special characters (@ , # , $ , . , _ )
"Check login id availability" link may be clicked to view whether desired login id is available or not.
Password policy :
Password should be 8 to 16 characters long
Password should have atleast one capital letter
Password should have atleast one digit
Password should have atleast one special character
Mobile number should be 10 digits long
Email Id should be in a valid one. If email id not available, please send the complaint to CVO by post. Address of CVO, DVC is available in Contact Us section
In between Aadhaar and PAN, atleast one should be provided
A valid and complete address should be provided
Fill in all the mandatory fields and click on "Proceed" button for mobile and email verification
After successful verification of both mobile and email, registration will be successful.
Only registered users can login to the application for lodging new complaints and checking status of registered complaints
